These terms apply when you use adelaideaviation.com.au, create an account, or buy anything from Adelaide Aviation Pty Ltd ("we", "us").
Your account
You need to give accurate details when you create an account or book. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Flight training
All flight training is conducted under CASA regulations and our operations manual. Flights may be rescheduled because of weather, aircraft serviceability or safety, at the discretion of the pilot in command. Course prices on our website are estimates. Your actual cost depends on your progress and the hours you need.
Bookings and vouchers
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds or a valid voucher is redeemed. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are redeemed for the flight described on the voucher. See our refund policy for cancellations.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you check out.
Shop orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock. If we do, we'll refund you in full. Shipping is covered by our shipping policy.
Medical and eligibility
Solo flight and licence issue require an appropriate CASA medical certificate and, where applicable, an Aviation Reference Number (ARN). We'll help you arrange these.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
