Shop items
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email admin@adelaideaviation.com.au to start a return and we'll send instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
Trial flights and lesson bookings
You can reschedule or cancel a booked flight free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the booking fee.
If we cancel because of weather, aircraft availability or instructor availability, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that, they can be extended or transferred to another person on request.
Training deposit
The training deposit is refundable. Any unused balance is returned when you finish or leave your training, less any flying or fees owed.
Ground school
Ground school fees are refundable in full up to 7 days before the course starts. After that, we'll offer a place in a later intake.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
