Shipping applies to physical items from our shop, such as study guides and logbooks. Flights, vouchers, deposits and ground school are delivered digitally or in person.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South Australian public holidays.
Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location, weather and carrier delays.
Collecting in person
Students can choose to collect their order from our Parafield office at no charge. We'll email you when it's ready.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Address details
Check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
